Yes. If you boarded at Nürnberg or alighted at Nürnberg and experienced a delay of 60 minutes or more at your ticketed destination, you can claim compensation. The amount is 25% of your ticket price for 60-119 minutes, and 50% for 120 minutes or more.
I was on the Frankfurt-Vienna ICE via Nürnberg. The train was 75 minutes late arriving in Vienna. Who do I claim from?
