My train arrived late at Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. Can I claim compensation?
Yes. Hamburg Hbf is Germany's busiest station, and around 28% of long-distance arrivals are delayed. If your train arrived 60 or more minutes late, you are entitled to 25% of your ticket price back. If it was 120 minutes or more, you get 50%.
I travelled on a Metronom service and it was very late. Does EU compensation law cover me?
