All operators listed here are covered by EU Regulation 2021/782 or, for UK services, the Delay Repay scheme. Both frameworks entitle passengers to compensation when trains arrive 60 or more minutes late. Compensation is 25% of the ticket price for delays of 60-119 minutes and 50% for delays of 120 minutes or more under EU rules. UK Delay Repay thresholds vary by operator but follow a similar structure. Read more about your rights under EU law, check delay statistics by route, or visit the FAQ for answers to common questions.
